“ A perfect tool to automate enterprise business processes ”
- Stability of the application.
- Excellent support. Availability of range of 3rd party software connectors
- Limited feature of the cloud connectors,
- Slow Web GUI, application bugs, slow file transfers, limited scope of file encryption-decryption as part of the tool.
“ Well done resource to use ”
- Ability to override job definition for even one instance of the job
- Ability to seamlessly launch the agent and trigger it on different servers
- The columns don’t expand in chrome while they do in safari. You can’t see full column name on the dashboard in chrome
- Sometimes jobs just time out. I am not sure if it’s a con of tidal or the way it is configured at our firm
“ Tidal is very good automation tool ”
- I like that it is very easy and quick to navigate on the website.
- The tools that comes with are good to interact on it.
- Sometimes it can be tricky to export data onto excel documents.
- I think this is a barrier most of these software’s have that it is hard but can be done.
