Reviews

“ Security ”
4/5 (overall) - Justin P.
Pros:
  • My company used Deputy when I worked as a security officer.
  • I enjoyed how it was an easy to use method of tracking time and staffing.
Cons:
  • Sometimes the software would not keep up with the network .
  • It would take awhile to either clock in or request times.
“ Deputy is seriously like the sheriff that came in and cleaned up our employee scheduling nightmare! ”
4.5/5 (overall) - Troy M.
Pros:
  • Easy to learn. As the person in charge I not only had to learn this product, but I had to train everyone else on this product.
  • Deputy is so complete, it was easy. They haven’t forgotten a single step.
Cons:
  • I wish it synced with my Google calendar. Only thing missing.
  • Only support is via e mail and can be slow at times
“ Excellent & Easy to Use Time Management System ”
4.5/5 (overall) - Glenda M.
Pros:
  • The most helpful feature for us is the “Training” which allows us to know which of our Employees are qualified to undertake different tasks.
  • It is also extremely handy when it comes to paying our wages – no more time sheets!
Cons:
  • The Android app doesn’t provide as many features as the IPhone app.
  • Customer service is deplorable.

There is no doubt that Deputy can offer your company robust tools and features. However, you should know that it does have a few downsides. So, before using it, you need to know of its faulty reporting tool, a counterintuitive shift-editing feature, and learning how to use the app effectively can take longer than desired.
