“ Quick Easy and Cost Effective ”
- ConnectWise Control was incredibly easy to implement, and is very powerful. It comes with so many tools and features that are invaluable and solve complex problems very simply.
- Ease of use – Quick setup (cloud version) – Minimal training required – Easy customization – Solid connectivity – Requires no end user training
- No cons really. Any features and updates or nice-to-have’s are added by their development team in subsequent updates, and they really do listen to their user base.
- Speed of connection varies greatly when using the cloud vs on-prem – Must have a decent internet connection to use efficiently – UAC prompts will cause the connection to slow down to a crawl even on good internet (not sure if a connectwise issue or a windows issue)
“ Overwhelmingly simple yet effective ”
- I remotely help home users and business clients daily. It is fast, responsive and kind of fun to use.
- Amazing support, knowledgeable staff, and a great knowledge base made it easy to implement as well as train our clients on how to use it for their needs.
- Upgrading and sometimes new clients have issues associating with account. Once in awhilenanfew workstations refuse to update and manually installing fails.
- It drives me crazy that it decides which of my client machines to auto -assign licenses to there have been times where I in inadvertently killed all my connections to a client and was left helpless.
“ If you value your time and energy, use this software ”
- We have 3 locations with multiple workstations I am responsible for. Thanks to this software, most of my work can be taken care of from my desk, so I save a lot of driving time.
- Also of value is the ability to customize the software and brand it per your own company’s branding. This is helpful to ensure that users know it is a company supported application.
- There are a lot of settings and some of them can be a bit confusing and intimidating at first. Some parts of the interface need a bit of work in terms of design, but overall, very minor prblems.
- How did the testing team miss this. It needs to remember my partial chat (un-submitted) message, even after losing connection and reconnecting or exiting and rerunning the app.

Q & A
While still in the process of looking for a suitable app for your business, you need to consider various factors. One major factor is a software’s price plans. So, with ConnectWise Control, you can choose between its three (3) paid subscription plans. These are the One plan ($24 per month), the Standard plan ($42 per month), and the Premium plan ($54 per month).
If you find that the ConnectWise Control platform’s plans are too steep for your company to pay on a monthly basis, well, you are in luck. The app provides discounted prices on all three (3) of its paid plans. This is only applicable, though, if you choose an annual subscription. Other than that, ConnectWise Control does not offer any more discounts.
If you are not satisfied with the ConnectWise Control platform’s price plans, then do not worry. The app also offers a request based pricing plan. That means you need to submit a request form, so that a sales representative from ConnectWise Control can evaluate it and provide you with an exact price. Get started today by submitting a request form on the app’s website.
Aside from its subscription and request based pricing, the ConnectWise Control also offers a free plan for those interested in it. However, it is quite limited. The free plan only includes a single tech license, three access agents, and remote connection is only available for one end user per session.
