“ Excellent software for team meetings ”

7.5/10 (overall) - Leela krishna C
Pros
  • Overall, it is an amazing collaboration tool which has helped me work for more than 4+ years seamlessly using both the sharing and audio technology. The webex meeting tool is also excellent.
  • I love using Webex Meetings for a simple reason, it is very easy to schedule a meeting, and invite people to it. Both sound and video quality are awesome.
Cons
  • The only thing that disgusted me with this tool was when it stopped working for almost 1 week. I use this tool daily and once you get used to it, when you don’t have it, it’s a problem.
  • Nothing actually, only problem is if you have bad internet connection software is not working efficient.

“ Alternative to skype for online remote meetings ”

9/10 (overall) - Kartik R
Pros
  • It is a very easy to use tool and compatible with several devices. It allows us to collaborate from our cell phones or PC. The fact that you can dial a number to join the conference gives you more frexibility to collaborate with third parties. Security with passwords for meetings can be improved. Serving for remote support is quite useful as well.
  • Cisco Webex is an excellent communication tool, it has allowed us to change our meeting habits by allowing us to attend any meeting remotely and organize personalized interviews with other colleagues, it allows me to record meetings and video conferences and then edit them and create tutorials, it integrates with Office, IBM and Google tools, it also offers good audio quality without ambient noise.
Cons
  • The price could be a disadvantage compared to other software or similar app’s. I think it needs to have more flexible plans.
  • The mobile app can sometimes be a headache for meetings with many attendees.

“ Collaboration and participation ”

9.5/10 (overall) - Shane A
Pros
  • When I think of it as the IT department, the best part of the program is that it can be used as a remote desktop program but there are more beautiful remote desktop programs and they are free.
  • Pretty good, can be better if resource usage is optimized and there is an option for temporary unmute of mike – like press and hold a button when you want to speak.
Cons
  • There is no disadvantage of this software, the only disadvantage there is that your boss can lecture you all the time while your work isn’t being disturbed.
  • If you try to add a Webex as an afterthought, it does not work well. I have also experienced trouble using the computer as my microphone and speaker.
