  • Just because a candidate scores low in an area, doesn’t mean that they can’t overcome their weaknesses, so outmatch gives them a chance to explain how they would do that.
  • I wish that we would get email notifications when a candidate completes the assessment.
  • It doesn’t email me when an applicant completed the assessment
