“ Great solution for small and midsize businesses ”

9.5/10 (overall) - Corina B.
  • The app is very friendly, easy to use, they have a GREAT customer service and even customize features for you!! Plus, it gives visibility to both managers and employees.
  • M a longtime fan and I’m pleased with how the feature set has evolved.
  • None of my part. Pricing seemed a bit high for our team when we first implemented it. But they helped us with a customized plan.
  • Might put a negative effect on employees when all of their activities are tracked and recorded.

“ Awesome! i love that it keeps exact track of what i or my team does daliy ”

10/10 (overall) - Kaila C.
  • It´s a great tool to keep track of what everyone is doing, when do they start working, when they leave, and how much of the day they are actually productive.
  • It’s nice to have the data in case you need it, but it will be better if It can infer data and make suggestions.
  • it would be awesome if you could break down even more specifically which file you were working on on seeveral programs, and not just the program as a whole, so i have to use another app to track that, for example if i use photoshop all day i would like to know how much time i spent on each file, so i have to track this ¨manualy¨ with another app.
  • Sadly, a few of our team members tested out the software and we found that it just wasn’t what we were looking for as a company. To be clear, we did not end up choosing a competing software.

“ I use Desktime everyday! ”

9/10 (overall) - Hsiang L.
  • I liked it, I didn’t love it – the product works as intended, I don’t know if it’s the best tool for me in how I work, and I don’t need to micromanage my team’s time.
  • Great way to see how colleagues spend time on various client projects. Software provides insights into billable hours as well as deploys Pomodoro timer, a nice feature that reminds of a small breaks.
  • Not only does it record the time I spend working; it actually monitors which projects I log into and exactly how many hours and minutes I spend on each one. One less thing to worry about.
  • No, except I can see how slackers would be terrified of it…LOL.
