“ Wrike truly delivers on its promise ”

9.5/10 (overall) - Prince G.
Pros
  • Overall I am having totally positive experience with this software. I would say it surely the best choice for task management and can be perfectly used for other purposes too.
  • It has been good so far, but only for certain sectors of our organization. It can be tough to get an organization-wide adoption for a software like this.
Cons
  • I assumed I’d be able to jump right in and figure it out myself, but I ended up having to watch some tutorials to figure it out. No shame in that, but make sure you know what you’re doing.
  • An urgent need to refine the commenting system. It is inconvenient to leave comments, users often do not notice them because of the inconvenient arrangement of text blocks.

“ Great collaboration tool with a few quirks ”

8.5/10 (overall) - Megan M.
Pros
  • Wrike is by far the most holistic, comprehensive task modeling, and team organizing tool we are happy to say allows our office to boost to new levels of productivity. We highly recommend its use.
  • Several colleagues recommended the software and upon those recommendations, decided to test it out. I believe it would be a much more useful tool for a company with a greater number of employees.
Cons
  • Wrike for Project Initiation and defect tracking.
  • It can get confusing sometimes – but it’s more about the user getting confused themselves by all the new things. There ‘s al earning curve for sure.

“ We had a good implementation specialist helping us to configure the product. ”

9/10 (overall) - Joelle L.
Pros
  • I’m a big fan of squeezing every additional second of my day, and as such, I’m constantly trying to do more in less time! Wrike keeps my projects on-time & on-budget, while allowing client collaboration.
  • This product offers many options and opportunities to customize. There is so much detail available that any and all phases and parts of a project can be stored within the software – no need to utilize a second source.
Cons
  • I haven’t found any major issues, perhaps the setup could be a little less involved but if you put in the time, you reap the rewards of a top project management tool.
  • It does require some time to explore and understand how it all fits together.
