“ Keeps Us Organized and On Task ”
- Multi-device, syncing, can have hierarchies of tasks, can tag tasks, filter the easily and save filter searches. Android and web app is brilliant in particular
- My life runs on Todoist. I use it for work, family things and my personal life. I love the nested task lists and sub-folders. The newest update took that to a whole new level and I love the section you can add to organize things.
- Reminders on Android could be improved, many of my tasks get swallowed up by other tasks and I miss reminders, being able to address stagnant tasks (ones I keep postponing I have ADHD so it happens a lot), Google Home app could be improved it’s annoying to keep asking to talk to todoist instead of adding a task directly, also you can’t schedule tasks in Todoist
- It can be a little hard to get used to, but once you do, you’ll never want to leave!
“ Keeps Us Organized and On Task ”
- I find Todoist to be a very good app and am very happy with the free plan. I use it for my screenwriting and am very satisfied with the experience.
- For our basic needs of ensuring our weekly tasks were being taken care of this was a great tool. For anything more than that you will need a more sophisticated app.
- Can’t think of anything bad to say, unless you consider having a paid subscription bad (but you get what you pay for).
- M a very forgetful person. If I have something that I need to do and it’s not written somewhere, I will definitely forget about it.
“ Simple (but powerful) task management software ”
- Todoist has been a great boon to getting organized for reaching my goals in a day. There are great ways to organize your tasks and keep you motivated as you are completing them.
- Todoist is a good tool for keeping me focused, goal oriented, and on track. It’s great to share projects with other colleagues using the software also.
- When I accidentally mark the thing done , I can’t revert it and a lot of notifications making it annoying software.
- There is a lack of creativity in this software. No time-tracking or micro-scheduling.
