“ Amazing tool ”

8/10 (overall) - Kayla R
  • There is also the self-dialer which I have not used too much yet, but it’s awesome to be able to just call right from the computer with an automated number!
  • It’s also awesome that the logged calls and e-mails reflect in Salesforce because the two are connected.
  • Having to customize each cadence can sometimes take a lot of time, but all in all helpful in the long run!
  • The email tracking is not able to recognize if it was the actual person vs someone who might have been cc or forwarded the email.

“ great platform with some needed improvements ”

9/10 (overall) - Rasha A
  • The cadences, ability to send template emails and schedule the emails.
  • Ability to text and call and email from the same place. The activity tracker seeing who opened which emails and when and how many clicks.
  •  I hate the text messenger because you have to write everything in one line and cannot see your entire message prior to sending in order to edit it or make sure its correct.
  • I also hate the the texts only show up as a small notification in the top notification bell, they can be better utilized if they can come to our phone or through the salesloft app.

“ Love the ability to automate outreach ”

9/10 (overall) - Ryan B
  • The user experience of working in SalesLoft is key to why the platform has become a vital part of our sales process.
  • I’m especially impressed with the intuitive nature of the cadence structure to focus on the pain point of the sales process.
  • The system is not built for opportunities in Salesforce.
  • They system should be dynamic and allow a user to template all of the steps of outreach, including administrative tasks.
