  • Once you learn the ins and outs it works well.
  • I loved our easy and adaptable the tool is. I was able to quickly make any updates or changes needed to commissions plans and see reporting on the change.
Cons
  • The support could be better and the design could be more user friendly.
  • The system was sometimes hard to navigate because it is a huge system. We did have problem going over the day to day activities

  • It helps both ends maximize profit. My team has gotten great feedback about the utility of ICM within the company.

  • The integration with IBM was a bad move and killed a lot of joy and business.

  • Ability to process larger data volumes, and customizable performance and payout reporting makes it a complete package.
Cons
  • Initial design of the implementation needs to be complete in order to achieve best results out of this tool.
  • As the time passes by, the flaws or gaps in the initial design lead to model becoming more complex and requires higher level of technical competency to tackle such challenges.
