Reviews

“ Used for call center ”
4/5 (overall) - Tony B.
Pros:
  • Lots of smart features so you don’t have to worry about if it’s the right time to call or how often you should call.
  • You set the parameters and the system feeds you the leads.
Cons:
  • Lack of reporting functionality.
  • My support team has been really good at trying to get us what we need, but the lack of reporting functionality is holding us back a little
“ Simplicity at its finest ”
4/5 (overall) - Casey S.
Pros:
  • SalesExec is very simple to use. Even someone who has never used a CRM has learned how to use it in short time.
  • The display is simple and not cluttered.
Cons:
  • There are a few items that I wish the end user could customize instead of having to have someone from SalesExec involved.
  • I also don’t like the way in Push Distribution, you can’t see Lead Source field
“ Great System for Great Value ”
4.5/5 (overall) - Talya L.
Pros:
  • It is very easy to use and saves my team a ton of time.
  • Lots of smart features so you don’t have to worry about if it’s the right time to call or how often you should call.
Cons:
  • Lack of reporting functionality.
  • My support team has been really good at trying to get us what we need, but the lack of reporting functionality is holding us back a little

Now that you know a few details of what SalesExec brings to the table, you ought to know a few issues that the app has. A few problems that you may encounter are the app’s limited reporting tools, less than a handful of integrations, and restricted customization.
