The software then changes its name to Keap after several improvements in terms of the app’s service emerged, and currently, the Infusionsoft now has 200,000 active users. Under their current CEO, Clate Mask, Infusionsoft or Keap also has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies seven times by Inc. as of 2013, with over $100 million in revenue and 650+ number of employees.

  •  I love it’s flexibility and ability to automate processes that used to take up a lot of my time.
  • It integrates with loads of other softwares, so I can literally use it to run almost my whole business.
  •  The biggest con of the software version that I use is that it’s so flexible that it can be confusing to operate.
  • I think it’s so great that they have now released a simplified version that can work for almost anyone.

  • The import from CSV file options are very robust.
  • The search is a little clunky.
  • It’s great if you’re searching name, phone number or email address, but to search anything else like custom fields requires going to a separate page and finding that field.
