“ Hubspot CRM changed my approach to sales ”

9/10 (overall) - Gisele L
Pros
  • By implementing HubSpot CRM I suddenly had access to the unknown life of my leads and clients.
  • I knew everything they did on our website, the emails they read, how many times they opened them, if they clicked on the links. If it wasn’t in HubSpot it didn’t exist.
Cons
  • There’s no downside, i think It is such a great product.
  • I’m a user since 2015.

“ Innovative and easy experience ”

9/10 (overall) - Ron P
Pros
  • The contacts page was the main upside to the platform.
  • I am able to complete many of my tasks through this portion of the platform.
Cons
  • The ales page had the lowest upside or me in hubspot.
  • It has the lowest upside for me because I personally did not use it as much as the other sections of the platform.

“ Great way to introduce automation to your sales team ”

9/10 (overall) - Matt G.
Pros
  • The basic end of the software is relatively easy to use, allowing new users to be up and running in an afternoon.
  • Integrations are quick and easy with other systems from gmail to Salesforce.
Cons
  • It would be nice if the sales version allowed you to send on behalf of another user.
  • Whilst you can see stats, set up templates and add contacts, when it comes to the crunch the person signing off the emails has to send them.

These plans are as follows: the Starter plan ($50/month), the Professional plan ($500/month), and the Enterprise plan ($1,200/month).
