Q & A
What is HubSpot Sales?
HubSpot Sales is the sales management platform from the HubSpot Corporation. It enables users to engage with their prospects and acquire key insights that can help them plan sales activities. With its simple interface, sales teams can focus on closing deals rather than figure out how to work with the app.

HubSpot Sales offers three (3) paid subscription plans for their Sales Hub. These plans are as follows: the Starter plan ($50/month), the Professional plan ($500/month), and the Enterprise plan ($1,200/month). Each plan can also be billed annually, but only the Starter and Professional plans have a 20% discount. Additionally, the Starter plan has a max of two (2) users, the Professional: five (5), and the Enterprise: ten (10).
How secure is HubSpot Sales regarding credit card information?
HubSpot Sales uses a third-party application, called Zuora, that processes all payments made through credit card. Additionally, the HubSpot platform does not record any information about the credit card at any point in the purchase process. HubSpot is also a certified Trust-E company and adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield.

Reviews
4.5/5 (overall) - Gisele L
Pros:
- By implementing HubSpot CRM I suddenly had access to the unknown life of my leads and clients.
- I knew everything they did on our website, the emails they read, how many times they opened them, if they clicked on the links. If it wasn’t in HubSpot it didn’t exist.
Cons:
- There’s no downside, i think It is such a great product.
- I’m a user since 2015.
4.5/5 (overall) - Ron P
Pros:
- The contacts page was the main upside to the platform.
- I am able to complete many of my tasks through this portion of the platform.
Cons:
- The ales page had the lowest upside or me in hubspot.
- It has the lowest upside for me because I personally did not use it as much as the other sections of the platform.
4.6/5 (overall) - Matt G.
Pros:
- The basic end of the software is relatively easy to use, allowing new users to be up and running in an afternoon.
- Integrations are quick and easy with other systems from gmail to Salesforce.
Cons:
- It would be nice if the sales version allowed you to send on behalf of another user.
- Whilst you can see stats, set up templates and add contacts, when it comes to the crunch the person signing off the emails has to send them.
There is no doubt that HubSpot Sales is a fantastic platform. However, it is not as perfect as one would expect. It has its share of issues, such as its basic reporting, complex UI, and its pricing solutions might be unreachable for small businesses and startups.
