  •  It’s very simple to see all my statistics all in one easy to view page.
  • I also like how easy it is to see how all of my different statistics are stacking up against everyone else in the company.
  • The goals sections is kind of stiff, to be honest.
  • I find it difficult sometimes to set a goal up properly in the system, or sometimes it doesn’t appear how I would like it to.

  • You’re able to easily check, compare, and track the performance of you and others on the sales team.
  •  This helps with transparency across the board and lets you understand who to reach out to if you are in ruts or indeed of some motivational words from peers who are being successful.
  • A native integration would save me time and let me better understand where I’m at.
  • I know that it’s a tab in Salesforce which is nice but letting me know where I’m at all throughout the Salesforce experience without an extra click would be nice.

  • The data provided is really helpful whether its how many outbound calls.
  • The only dislike I have is how long it takes to update my scores sometimes.
  • Like when i’m in a competition and something i do could really benefit me, it takes till after the competition is done to update and I don’t get the points to help me during the competition.
