  • Powerful search functionality, ability to “close loop” on RFP entries to capture new or revised content directly in your library, can export your response directly into your own customized template.
  • Very intuitive interface, excellent Customer Success/Account Management teams, great Product teams constantly innovating the product.
Cons
  • Sometimes RFP documents don’t import or export properly, wish I could run spell check on entire RFP draft in the Project Workspace.
  • It is a bit tedious to attach multiple files to one response one at a time

  • What I like the most is that it is constantly evolving, and adapting to the customer needs.
  • Very easy to search, edit and refresh. Also, the ease of use, no need to be an expert it is very friendly and logical to use.
Cons
  • You will need a license for SME’s to make changes in the library although you can enable and disable licenses as you please.
  • Once you have imported your library, you cannot export it with ease to share among SME’s that do not have a license.

  • I’ve been with Loopio at one company or another since the beginning and they just keep getting better and better.
  • Loopio has significantly improved our response time.
Cons
  • I have no specific dislikes with Loopio. Sometimes a feature doesn’t do everything I want it to, but when this happens I tell the prod. dev. team.
  • The platform is always improving which is great to see. I also love being in feature testing group!
