Reviews

“ Great Product ”
4/5 (overall) - Daniel A.
Pros:
  • No end user required to install remote.
  • Have instant access to the desktop.
Cons:
  • Sometimes screen resolution is messed up when you remote in.
  • Most of the time it is the end users monitor setup.
“ Integrate DameWare Remote ”
4/5 (overall) - Holly B
Pros:
  • Simplicity of the interface and the reliability.
  •  Multi-platform support.
Cons:
  • The program was very slow and graphics were poor.
  • Messaging flow is a bit crowded. Rooms for improving GUI.
“ Good product, bad policies ”
4.4/5 (overall) - Mike S
Pros:
  • It easy to customize a particular connection and revisit it.
  • Most importantly, you can see the UAC prompt and enter elevated credentials when necessary.
Cons:
  • I really dislike how it renders sometimes. If the user has their desktop zoomed in, instead of making it full screen on my side, it carries over into the next screen.
  • I have to adjust it. And heaven help me if the user has multiple screens at different resolutions and I have to move back and forth.
