“ The best tool for sourcing ”

10/10 (overall) - Daniel M.
Pros
  • I use Hiretual to help find talent for my department and it is the best tool I have used so far.
  • The boolean buildre is my favourite feature, I also love that it gives me accurate contact details and has made my work really easy.
Cons
  • I use the free version which has some limitations in terms of functionality, but I plan to push for an upgrade.
  • At first, the integration with my ATS didn’t come over as nicely but that has been fixed(whether from ATS or HireTual side unsure).

“ A tool you can't live without as a recruiter or sourcer! ”

9/10 (overall) - Nate O.
Pros
  • This tool is super intuitive and provides myself and team with information about our candidates that no other tool can!
  • What I love the most about it is the AI sourcing function that does most of the heavy lifting for you while you are focused on engaging and building relationships with the candidates!
Cons
  • The biggest con is the not having a 2-way integration with my ATS. Nothing other than that.
  • There’s nothing that I can point to that I don’t like.

“ Hiretual is my recruitment tool of choice! ”

8.5/10 (overall) - Rose Frances O.
Pros
  • I’ve used other tools in the past and what I like most about Hiretual would be the powerful AI sourcing function and search insights feature.
  • In addition to the technology, what particularly sets Hiretual apart from any other tool is the Hiretual People, Team and Community.
Cons
  • Hiretual is my tool of choice for sourcing / recruitment. It is my go to for finding candidates with their contact information across disciplines and industries.
  • Typically I am working on filling positions for stealth startups and small companies. Hiretual analytics have proven to be invaluable on candidate engagement and response rates.
