“ A Useful PLM ”

7/10 (overall) - Allan T
Pros
  • Cloud based, so the setup is super simple. We were up and running in a matter of days.
  • The user training they provided was pretty straight forward if you have used a PLM in the past.
Cons
  • The fact that it’s built off of salesforce is a good thing and a bad thing.
  • It is customizable, but at the same time there are too many different things that could be done.

“ Good product. ”

8/10 (overall) - Sara D
Pros
  • It helps us stay organized.
  • That’s truly the value of the product.
Cons
  • It is way too expensive for what it is. And the sales team forced us to do and PAY for onboarding training that we kept insisting wasn’t necessary for us.
  • That really started our relationship out on the wrong foot.

“ This informative self-management software positions your company quickly. ”

9/10 (overall) - Virginia M
Pros
  • It quickly solve product problems.
  • Including certification delivered to maintain consistent workflow compliance, pre-configuring a successful response system with predictive intelligence.
Cons
  • The propulsion interface is somewhat inaccurate.
  • Where I was able to identify a programming error, in which your system becomes completely slow and not very functional.
