  • It is very user-friendly and easily accessible to our clients and to buy orders.
Cons
  • There are a few improvements I would like to see.
  • Without proper training or experience within Coupa, certain features can be challenging to navigate through.

  • The best part is that the purchase requisition goes directly to supplier upon approval, without any hassle.
  • Upon successful order placed the email with the confirmation directly comes to the work email, instead of me going back to coupa and checking again.
Cons
  • I haven’t come across any issue with coupa, where I need to spent plenty of time to get it resolved.
  • Our back office coupa support is just a phone call away with things easy to get resolved.

  •  I like the fact that we got all the functionality of Coupa Procurement but tailor made to our sue case using our jargon and account line formats.
  • I also help with all the queries and training regarding Coupa throughout our organization and working on Coupa helps me enriching and nurturing my knowledge towards this software.
Cons
  • Lack of some things like, we can’t edit or add any document to a supplier records and also the supplier dump we use to export doesn’t having all the necessary fields as it is missing in the create view option too.
  • Additionally, there is space for some improvement required in addition of some category while creation of any personalized view option under invoices, order and requisition head for a smooth report generation.
