  • The tool is very useful in terms of serving a lot of different stakeholders who are involved in the third-party risk management process.
  • All mentioned stakeholders have the ability to create reports on their vendors, provide their opinion in terms of IT, compliance, financial and legal risks involved with new vendors.
Cons
  • To access an assessment you need to click 5-6 buttons instead of 2-3.
  • Needs a bit of simplicity though

  • It gives you the ability to check contracts and send reminders about when contracts need review and renewal.
  • One of the positives of the system is the ability to create any reports you desire using the fields and properties you have on your tool.
Cons
  • The only major disadvantage of the tool is it can be a bit complicated.
  • It is little confusing for people using it for the first time.
