  • My favorite thing about Trakstar is the save answer button and being able to edit answers later.
  • Trakstar reviews can be timely so it is great that you can come back to it at any point and continue writing or edit your response.
Cons
  • That you cannot read the statements people have made about you. This way be a company feature, but I secretly would love reading the things people have said.
  • It would be great it if was sent to your manager and then to you.

  • It is unique among other products for its simple and easy to use interface, but equipped with a robust set of features.
  • It is designed for professionals and human resources managers to manage competencies and objectives that align the right candidates with the available positions, and that meet the company’s core objectives and values.
Cons
  • Trakstar, supposed an extra time and dedication work, prior to the management and especially of the Human Resources department, to instruct the new resources in hiring and to drive the required organizational change.
  • Like any change the initial adaptation is not easy, however this was facilitated by the availability of all the information and the schemes of use in the cloud.

  • It provides an easy and fast way to evaluate based on items and ratings (from 1 to 5 stars), and it is also good that it lets you set your goals in conjunction with the manager.
  • In addition, the 360-Rater (Multi-Raters) is an interesting feature that allows the employer to have a more complete evaluation based on, not only Manager’s vision, but also from other colleagues.
Cons
  • The score and comments from Multi-Raters should be visible to the employee evaluated and not only to the Manager, in order to get a complete feedback, and possibilities to improve her/his performance.
  • The name of the rater may remain anonymous, but it would be useful to have a clear vision of the grades obtained.
