“ Spiceworks is Great! ”

10/10 (overall) - Jon J.
  • I love the ticketing system! They are always improving it. There is a free and a paid version which both work very well.
  • The free version obviously does not have as many options, but it does work very well
  • It is not very customizable. When you add fields you cannot build a report on them (at least I can not figure it out)
  • Unfortunately, as we transition to the cloud from on site servers for my local users, many of the features are lost and we had to look at all of our options.

“ Great product for a small team ”

8.5/10 (overall) - Ben M.
  • For a free product this is quite good for a small team that doesn’t need bells and whistles within their service desk software. Easy to setup and use.
  • This product is fine if you can count your network devices on your hands or have a small subset of devices that you would like to monitor up on a screen.
  • Functionality is lacking compared to other software’s in the market, however as it’s free this is understandable.
  • IT requests had a tendency to fall through the cracks before Spiceworks. E-mail sent to the IT department could be overlooked and lost due to other requests.

“ Spiceworks will answer all your questions ”
