Reviews

“ Good phone service, easy to use ”

8/10 (overall) - Shelby L
Pros
  • Ease of use.
  • Making, transferring, accepting calls is all very simple on the interface.
Cons

As of late, I’ve been constantly asked to update my Fuze.

Even if I do, they want to update 1-2 days later. I think it might be trying to keep up with things related to COVID-19 (the timing makes sense), but it is still inconvenient.

“ Fuze is a very good option for conferences, you get a stable and secure communication ”

8/10 (overall) - Matt K
Pros
  • This platform is a very good option to hold conferences, you get a stable and secure communication and it is simple and fast.
  • It has the mobile version and the desktop version, allowing you to connect from anywhere, excellent for working from a remote location.
Cons
  • Mainly to add some chat to favorites, it is necessary to have a conversation before doing it.
  • It could be an inconvenience for some people who have no reason to carry out this action.

“ Works just as it should ”

9/10 (overall) - Alex B
Pros
  • Calls are clear, even if the internet connection isn’t the best.
  • Click to dial extension makes multiple calls much easier. Probably one of the better VoIP services i’ve used .
Cons
  • The mobile app is a little more buggy than the desktop version.
  • Sometimes number inputs for switchboards input the number twice, causing you to have to hang up and start over again.
