- Powerful tools for lead generation to pretty good customer management, tons of options to personalize a lot of aspect of the company. very good tools for building email marketing and landing pages with out third parties.
- I love the simplicity of the CRM and the ability to see the life of the lead activity across both sales and marketing. SharpSpring can do so many things and the cost can’t be beat compared to equivalent offerings. You can begin using this tool very quickly.
- I think one point where sharpspring lose flexibility is on landing page creations, how designer we need more tools for layout.
- The set up does take some commitment and patience, but the customer service is outstanding and the tracking and functionality are worth the effort.

- The experience has been great so far- they are incredibly attentive and easy to work with. They go out of their way to check in with you and see how they can help with onboarding and training.
- Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
- There are a ton of features, so it can be intimidating for someone new to marketing automation.
