Reviews

“ Excellent CRM for small company ”

7.5/10 (overall) - Verified Reviewer
Pros
  • Very good value for the money. The scoring is very helpful in qualifying prospects and interest.
  • I really love Hatchbuck. It has transformed my company in terms of lead tracking and management. It’s so easy to set up and use, and is extremely well-priced.
Cons
  • Not much. It hits the highlights and is affordable.
  • The interface to send emails to clients is a bit clunky, and I’d value greater options. There are a few bugs with creating new emails, and formatting. It’s hard to see what clients you’ve communicated with that day.

“ Hatchbuck hits a sweet spot ”

9/10 (overall) - Peter P.
Pros
  • Overall, my experience has been very positive with Hatchbuck. This is the most I’ve ever utilized this type of software, and each time I use it I find it to be more effective overall.
  • Love Hatchbuck for both CRM and Email automation.
Cons
  • Inability to embed video in email. Inability to export email templates.
  • I wish for my e-commerce client that you could incorporate abandoned cart emails.

“ The happy lil' secret in the automated marketing world! ”

9.5/10 (overall) - George G.
Pros
  • And it’s a great place to store nearly all of our business information.
  • A great CRM and marketing system for small businesses.
Cons
  • My only problem with Hatchbuck is that I don’t use it more, which is my problem, not theirs.
  • We have had to put a lot of effort in to get the product loaded with our client information. However, this is mostly a reflection of how disorganized we were to begin with.
