  • My experience here was good,o was able to manage my previous month with my new month, what i gained and what i lost,level of ups and down,it gave me an insight on how i work,its just good.
  • Its a been a great experience and its easy for non technical people to onboard to this tool.
  • I think that irritates me in adobe analytics is that it is hard to use in the beginning so you have to study it deeply if you want to get more out of it.
  • Very hard to implement, custom reports are confusing for non-power users. Customer support and implementation team is weak.

  • We have been using Adobe Analytics for two years and it has been great. It can provide great insights on customer interactions with out website.
  • In my search for a good reporting tool, this software comes recommended with a bunch of features. While the free trial was a great place to start, it may be too much for a smaller business.
  • When you start using Adobe Analytics for the first time, Adobe’s diverse variable structure can confuse you.
  • Even after that ,unless you know exactly what you are looking for ,the reporting can be too hard to comprehend.

  • Compared to other analytics tooling available on the market, AdobeCatalyst is a premium/enterprise service, so comes with a premium/enterprise pricing model.
  • Very hard to implement, custom reports are confusing for non-power users. Customer support and implementation team is weak. Over promise and under deliver.
