Pros:
  • They are my favorite to set up and monitor in HubSpot. I love the flexibility of the application and the user-friendly quality that makes it easier for me explain how the workflow operates.
  • I love how easy it is to create and post blogs to our website. M not super technical but this makes the process easy and the end product looks great.
Cons:
  • I can’t stand that they leave up the options that aren’t available to me at my current subscription level. Especially since the price difference for that is ridiculous.
  • The level to which HubSpot is missing the basics of ecommerce is inconceivable and, to say the very least, shows a systemic problem with their organization.

  • What hasn’t it go? It integrates so many useful components to make it a breeze to manage customers from first contact to after sales support
  • I really like the fact that it lets you log and make calls directly. Similarly email and notes are seamlessly integrated.
Cons:
  • Some areas of the software do have complexity that requires workarounds / uploading contact lists with multiple branch contacts nested under one company add complexity.
  • I wish the dashboard / landing page was more robust, this is a miss.

Pros:
  • Our sales team loves the insight into prospect activity to help them have more informed conversations. We’ve also seen some preliminary success with using an inbound marketing strategy.
  • HubSpot does a great job of capturing lead information and organizations automatically so by the time these lists are created, I know exactly who I should contact and how to best reach them.
Cons:
  • Overall it is not a cheap tool, this is undoubtedly a downside to the market price. In addition, we constantly identify problems with our marketing events within the tool.
  • They do send weekly spam emails regarding marketing tips and information, which could be annoying, but I usually just ignore them.
