  • Also fun way to keep people engaged. Great to have info all in one place.
Cons
  • Livepro has shortened the time it takes for our users to find relevant and accurate information, lowering our risk and increasing our QA.
  • Some Clinics have forgotten to update their staff (when the need has been needed) — if they leave MIA.

  • I used this software as an admin at a local government organisation. Being able to provide staff easy to find answers to assist customers with diverse needs was the outstanding benefit.
  • Awesome searching capability through entering one or several key words.
Cons
  • Setting up scopes/roles/users can be a little difficult.
  • Some minor technical issues, and sometimes notifications are missing or cannot open, besides this no worries.

  • Thorough and regularly updated. Carina is fantastic with her speedy replies.

  • There is not much and they points I have highlighted they are already working on to fix like people being able to edit their own profile.
  • Bit too clunky, could be smoother to use.
