  • This was more so used by other groups in the business but it was very helpful to keep informed what other teams are working on, internal product updates and progress.
  • This software is very easy to use and a great way to document your processes.
Cons
  • I was just a consumer of data in the platform, not a lot of entries but as a viewer, it game me easy access to the information I was looking for.
  • Not alot to dislike. If anything, I just have to login again if I haven’t been on the site for awhile.

  • Awesome software to manage our team’s knowledge.
  • Overall I’m very happy with my experience with Knowmax. We use it across our whole organization to keep everyone informed on new feature updates and decks to be accessed – super useful tool.
Cons
  • Nothing from Knowmax’s side. I did have a hard time finding myself using the product at first because it lives outside of my typical google ecosystem.
  • I never used it it was so hard to search for information and I wasnt always sure that the information was up to date. Do not have these problems with Knowmax.
