Pros
  • It’s also super easy to track all the things under a candidate’s profile page and to move candidates to custom stages.
  • I would recommend Recruiterbox to any startup company like ours. If you’re recruiting, Recruiterbox might be your answer!
Cons
  • Maybe not being able to change the UI theme.
  • Which is very minor, I know. But honestly, I couldn’t think of a bigger thing that I didn’t like about Recruiterbox.

  • Integrating with Email scheduled and having interviewer feedbacks captured in a structured manner is the best!
  • We also use recruiter box for displaying our open positions and taking applications from those positions at https://livehealth.recruiterbox.com
Cons
  • Nothing in particular. Maybe integrating with Slack for my teams would have helped!
  • Also, integrating with HRMS softwares would be helpful too, currently they don’t provide those options which makes difficult to sync up finalised candidates with the hiring processes.

  • The best thing about Recruiterbox is the way the candidate profiles are built when people apply – everything looks clean, and is in one place.
  • You can easily see everything and the whole team can collaborate. I especially like that you can also have candidates add information themselves, which significantly reduces manual data entry.
Cons
  • Unfortunately, you can’t really manually add a lot of information about the candidate.
  • Meaning, if there’s a change in their email address or if you want to add some information, the fields aren’t there. You’d have to have the candidate fill in some follow up questionnaires, which can be a little awkward.
