“ Great Collaboration Software ”

9/10 (overall) - Kelly W
Pros
  • Due to the pandemic, most of our company employees prefer to work from home. With Microsoft Teams, we are able to conduct our weekly team meeting without putting anyone at risk.
  • I like the fact that it is compatible with any browser, which is very important. It prevents each user from having to download any additional software.
Cons
  • I dislike the fact that the user has to sync to Microsoft OneDrive in order to share documents with their team members.
  • I would prefer other options to share any attachment with my team members.  Also, I feel it could be easier for each user to customize their own settings.

“ Best for Messaging & Calling ”

9/10 (overall) - Akshay D
Pros
  • The Best thing about teams is it is very easy to use. The design is user friendly.
  • It is also integrated with many tools which is very good we don’t need to open so many apps at the same time.
Cons
  • The Thing I dislike is the Interface this is not about me well there is one customer of mine who doesn’t know anything about Teams. It’s hard for them to interact with it.
  • There is also a problem when I’m on a call and someone’s other message came. I can’t chat simultaneously when I’m on a call. This should be resolved.
