“ Advertising for Intercom in every E-Mail ”

  • To send push notifications without building anything from your end.
  • Admin interface is visually appealing. Widget is not.
Cons
  • You can’t send images on the push notifications
  • Lacks basic/rudimentary functionality. Simple things like auto triggering a message at the company level when specific criteria is met is not possible.

  • This is messaging platform which helps to do a business between the customer and provider or seller. So this software having some amazing features like, live chat and allows to track events.
  • Chats can be displayed on our website in three main forms, which is helpful to be able to market/inform customers in fun new ways to keep them interested.
Cons
  • There is an option which says “We will reply in 10 minutes” and there is no way to turn this off so customers think this is live chat which then results in a lot of angry customers.
  • It can be hard to manage a ton of chats at once because there aren’t a lot of ways to sort the chats and what not but overall I don’t really have any complaints.

  • Custom Bots allow you to create great conversation paths and solutions for your customers, in any language. Is one of the greatest chat bots I have ever seen.
  • I really appreciate the fact that I can write notes to my other team members straight from the chat itself and adding gifs and emoji keeps it fun and fresh.
Cons
  • I regularly had trouble finding things. They also spammed me with messages, one of which, ironically, was about spam.
  • My marketing team insists we continue using it, which is a nightmare in logistics. Frankly, I have many reasons I dislike Intercom, the number one being they harass ME every month for billing.
