Pros
  • I am secured that my travel expenses are in good hands.
  • We are testing the tool since the last months and surprisingly we discovered a lot of interesting functionalities: upload the invoice, create user-manager, create a flow of approval, etc.
Cons
  • I don’t have much control over whether we continue to use this software or pivot to another reimbursement system, but dang that stupid mobile app makes me so mad.
  • Product has issues, customer support is the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Pros
  • Secures Your Travel Expenses in a Smarter Way.
  • The mobile app is excellent for scanning and uploading receipts.
Cons
  • My only complaint is that the mobile application does not have all the information I need to know, even so, this has not caused me a big problem, and its customer service rewards it.
  • It’s hard to say since this product is nearly perfect, but if i had to pick one downside I would say that the mobile app has some limited functionality.

  • Easy to use Prompt Response from the staff and they are kind 🙂 Nice UI Comes with an App that you can use to click pictures and upload Export to PDF and Excel sheet. The invoices are numbered and the pictures are attached in the PDF, this feature got me.
  • PDF reporting with pictures -App -Website w/expenditures graph -Price
Cons
  • In the app you manually have to turn off Reimburse every time you click a picture. (I could be wrong) Cannot upload PDFs of the scanned bills from CAMSCANNER.
  • It does take a while for the pictures to load…not too long…but in the inpatient world of today it does take some time.

Rydoo offers its customers with three (3) paid plans. These plans are: the Team plan ($6.79/month per user), the Growth plan ($9.05/month per user), and the Enterprise plan that requires customers to contact Rydoo’s sales team to receive an official quote. Also, the plan is billed per year with a minimum of five (5) users per plan.

Q. Does Rydoo have any integrations with other applications?

Yes, Rydoo offers users with plenty of powerful integrations with other apps. Some of the platform’s third-party integrations are the following: Quickbooks, Netsuite, Belfius, Slack, Dropbox, ING, and so much more.

Q. How secure is Rydoo?

Rydoo places your data security at the topmost priority. The platform places your data within the European Union, and it complies with the policies and regulations of the European Data Protection Directive that is primarily designed to protect all personal data and privacy (Directive 95/45/EC). With Rydoo, your data is stored for as long as ten (10) years and is backed up multiple times through various data centers.

Q. Do you have to pay for all users on Rydoo?

No, one does not need to pay for “all” users. Businesses should only pay all “active” users under the subscription plan, and they are in control of who is active and inactive. Of course, one must still have the required minimum of five (5) users.
