“ Easy to set up and use ”

  • Easy to use anytime anywhere. The calculation is very great and the quality of upload document is clear enough.
  • Happay is user friendly, easy to use and simple, so far is best app for kind app like this.
  • At some of your points, the app stuck. When I tried to go back, I just logged out which irritate me most.
  • It is tedious to delete it from the report. This is particularly painful for the new joinees as first month’s expenses inherently have some errors in reporting.

  • The good feature is attaching the bill, this actually helps to track down the nature of expense done and easy to remember. I am liking this software and suggesting to known people.
  • Its is very useful cards to all employee.very easy handling for all kind of workers and employee also great security notification.amazing card.
  • The app tells me after I try to transfer more than 10000 INR that there is a limitation. You can tell this to the user beforehand only to avoid disappointment.
  • It has a few functionalities missing for instance there is no delete function in a report.

Founded in 2012, Happay is one of the best expense management software available in the market right now. The platform aims to provide businesses with the proper tools to manage and track company spending and enables them to set limits for each budget. Plus, Happay provides physical credit cards for all approved employees to use on company-related purchases.

Q. Is there a difference between Happay cards and debit cards?

Although both are quite similar in the sense that money needs to be loaded into the card first, they have two (2) differences:

  • Happay allows managers or finance teams to block, load, or reload cards in real-time with a single click of a button.
  • Happay allows admins to have full visibility on each card and enables them to control spending and budgets.
Q. Can Happay cards be used anywhere?

As long as employees see a Visa logo on an online or physical store, they can use Happay cards. Plus, they can use the cards to withdraw money from ATMs.

Q. What type of support does Happy provide?

Firstly, Happy provides account managers for each customer along with a customer support team. Although they do not offer a 24/7 support basis, the app’s support team is fast to answer any questions.
