“ FMX is a great solution for us ”

  • All in one system, Tech Support requests, Building Maintenance Requests, Calendaring all in one place makes it easy for the end user to navigate and our team members to keep track of everything.
  • The schedule request module is terrific. Being able to set up approval queues, notifications, recurring events, and more have made facility scheduling much more streamlined.
  • I wish we had more control of some of the fields and could label them with our internal lingo.
  • Sometimes there is a delay in the drop down fields but that may be just network issues rather than the software.

  • It’s very easy to use, I don’t have to do much education with staff to teach them how to use it. I really like that you’re able to add someone as a follower to a request, too.
  • They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy with the product.
  • I wish I could search requests by the person who put them in, or see the name of the person who put the request in next to the request itself. We also don’t really use the cost or hours options, so It would be useful to hide those and better customize the lists of requests.
  • I honestly think the worst part about FMX is getting started. Figuring how to change from your current software or system and fitting it into FMX for me was the hardest part.

  • It is customize-able. Almost everything I asked FMX folks to do was doable. Other scheduling software we looked at either said they’d charge more for every change or special accommodation or that they just didn’t offer it.
  • The staff – I know that isn’t software, but the fun training videos they post and they way they engage the user is important to how much I enjoy using the software as a complete experience.
  • The reports. They list multiple room bookings to say, “this room plus 6 others”. This was rectified by FMX creating an Excel file that would extrapolate those as that is the report we need. SO, FMX reports wont’ do it but FMX created a work around for me that works just fine.
  • Our Maintenance program went from folders full of useless paperwork to tracking repairs and maintenance for the last two years with the click of the mouse. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Yes. You can try all of FMX’s pricing plans for free, but temporarily, of course. You should try all of their free trials to choose which one works best for your business. FMX’s free trials are available on their official website.

Q. How much is FMX's pricing plan?

FMX offers four pricing plans: Essentials, Select, Plus, and Premium. The Essentials costs nothing, literally $0; basically, it’s free. But it only offers the most basic maintenance. Meanwhile, Select provides proactive maintenance at $35 per month, and Plus provides advanced maintenance at $60 per month. The Premium pricing plan provides large-scale maintenance, but there’s no exact price indicated. To get Premium’s price, you must request a quote from FMX.

Q. Will FMX renew the users' subscriptions automatically?

Yes, FMX will renew the subscriptions automatically. They’ll only stop doing so if customers will notify them to cancel their account or shift to another pricing plan.
