“ Manufacturing experience ”

8/10 (overall) - Bradley H
  • Drag and drop approach. ease of creation of work orders and execution.
  • Ease of use. System is responsive when low volume of usage.

  • System is extremely slow when a lot of people are using it.
  • Not able to handle several scenarios of engineer to order as well as UI

“ Some users love this. Maintenance planners hate it. ”

8/10 (overall) - Robert Hertig
  • Easier to learn than other maintenance software like SAP.
  • Full integration to the rest of our Fusion Apps.
  • The single biggest sin of this program is it will not allow a planner of open multiple groups work orders.
  • Two is the absolute minimum required. Three is beginning to be acceptable. Infor only allows one.

“ A solution which eases IT admins sleep ”

8/10 (overall) - Verified reviewer
  • Manages preventative maintenance with the flexibility to assign tasks to single or multiple assets without adding unnecessary computer effort.
  • Has a very robust work management module with easy to understand schedules.
  • Allow system administrators to manipulate canned Infor EAM reports. Oracle Forms restricts some functions. A little flexibility in displaying different information would be helpful.
  • Functionality is available in the HTML portions of the software.
