Reviews
“ I love what Motivosity has done for our company culture! ”
- I like how much it makes me smile every morning when I read the appreciations employees sent the prior day. MV is a positive energy generator.
- Employees now focus on the positive things that their co-workers do rather than the negative.
- The ONLY thing anyone in our company has said negatively about it is that they wish it interfaced with Microsoft Teams since, especially now while we are all working remotely, everyone is communicating through Teams, and it would be that much easier to send appreciations.
- Actually, I do find it takes longer to find certain reports since the user interface changed.
“ It is great to be able to say thanks and be rewarded for a job well done! ”
- It is really nice to be able to say thanks when my coworkers do a good job! Giving actual money shows that you appreciate their hard work.
- I use the Organizational Chart a lot to see how other departments are organized. The monthly reminder is nice so I don’t forget to spend my giving money.
- Some coworkers in roles where they don’t interact with the rest of our organization feel left out.
- I don’t know how to address this, but it is an issue in a large organization.
“ This is a great tool for motivating teams! ”
- The ease of use. You can log in from any device at any time and provide immediate feedback while it’s top of mind.
- It also allows others to be motivated by the feedback provided to their teammates. It creates a culture of praise.
- The fact that it’s another application to use. As business migrates to SaaS applications, there are becoming so many tools that each require their own URL, login, 2 factor authentication, etc.
- I also would like to integrate the “Home Page” into our company SharePoint home page so that the announcements that are made there will be visible when everyone accesses our company information.
