  • Getfeedback is easy to use, survey design is quick and simplified thanks to the variety of tools provided by the service. It is easy to configure.
  • It is flexible in terms of distribution media, it allows you to use social networks, email or websites.
Cons
  • Regarding the operation, I have had no problems with the app. But I would like to access advanced customization features.
  • In the time that we have been using GetFeedback we have not experienced any problem that is worth mentioning. We have always had the help of technical support.

Cons
  • In rare instances we need a one-page survey (think: online form) where respondents can quickly review prior answers without clicking back through multiple screens/pages.
  • This type of functionality is not currently available within GetFeedback survey types.
