“ I love Kazoo! ”

8/10 (overall) - Willow S
  • The ability to quickly recognize coworkers is SO much fun. I love the fact that other coworkers can also give high fives to the recognition!
  • This has really improved our communication as a company as we have grown from an SMB to more of a larger company and has been a really great way to keep employees engaged and willing to recognize their colleagues.
  • I don’t dislike anything at all.
  • Actually! I sat for a few minutes here at my desk unable to think of anything I would want to improve about the platform.

“ Driving engagement and supporting leadership improvement initiatives ”

8/10 (overall) - Craig W.
  • The software is easy to use and provides an effective platform for performance management, professional development, and employee engagement.
  • There’s a familiar look and feel which is interactive and fun. The software has raised expectations from employees in these areas and has helped to improve the quality of talent development at the company.
  • We remain disappointed with analytics. There have been improvements, but reports are not intuitive or customizable.
  • Raw data is available, but it is time-consuming to visualize and leverage data in it’s current state – particularly data around usage and quality of feedback being generated for employees.

“ YouEarnedIt ”

9/10 (overall) - Cassandra B.
  • It is very easy to use. It’s quick loading for all web pages.
  • It can be customized on the colors and layout you want. Redemption is easy.
  • I don’t like the goal setting portion as much.
  • The workflow isn’t as intuitive.

Q. Which of Kazoo's pricing plans is the best?

First of all, Kazoo has three pricing plans: Growth, Standard, and Enterprise. Now to answer the question, none among those three is either the best or the worst. It’s a matter of choosing a pricing plan that’s ideal for your company based on its size. For instance, if your company has 250 to 1,000 employees, the Standard pricing plan would be the most suitable option.
