Reviews

“ Powerful and Intuitive! ”

9/10 (overall) - Brad T
Pros
  • The learning curve for learning Drip is extremely low. You can start building your first campaign in less than an hour of logging on for the first time.
  • The ability to segment your lists is extremely easy to implement.
Cons
  • The one thing I would tweak would be the ability to sort individuals within lists a bit more but this is only a minor item.
  • I do dislike that there is no phone helpline because Drip can get complicate

“ Great start but has a long way to go ”

8/10 (overall) - Mike W
Pros
  • The simplicity of the design and platform is fantastic. The ability for us to segment our list to the specific product and past purchases has been fantastic.
  • Automations have been very helpful but are sometimes really hard to get set up correctly.
Cons
  • The actual triggers for the workflows are not very clear and not reliable.
  • The email editor is very basic and it makes it difficult to generate really high-quality custom email templates.

“ Technical support is unstable but still manage to be the best ”

8/10 (overall) - lorena c
Pros
  • One of the things that we are most satisfied with is your system since it has a very powerful one integrated with shopify.
  • Drip is that it is extremely easy and intuitive to create automated email sequences. It also has a great variety of templates, which makes the creation process easier.
Cons
  • The only problem that we have gotten cold is that sometimes their technical support is unstable.
  • Very complicated sometimes especially if there are short delivery periods
