Reviews

“ Basic Electronic Signature Tool ”

8.5/10 (overall) - Tina Sivilli
Pros
  • Easy to use -Allows you to set up Signer Sequencing for multiple signers -Shows when the recipient views the document (or you can turn off that feature) -Allows to set up for Wet Signature only (or opt in for type to sign) -Allows to cc: all parties
  • Easily integrated into pdf versions of your already existing forms . Then it is also easy to connect it to a hyperlink and send out to people .Who can sign with the movement of their finger / mouse .
Cons
  • Customer service is the worst. I have put in tickets that are NEVER responded to or resolved.
  • It doesn’t allow cover letter templates, I had to cut and paste these in every time

“ esignature contracts at a decent price ”

9.5/10 (overall) - Beverly Lambright
Pros
  • I like RightSignature because it save lots of papers. You can sign an important document or contract without hassle because this is a electronic/digital signature.
  • RightSignature is a super easy was to seal a deal at the end of the sales process. We are able to send the client contracts where they can easily open the document and sign.
Cons
  • Now I get charged every month. Customer service is unable to refund the charge so I have to call the bank and execute a chargeback.
  • Forms can be frustrationg for clients when they have to fill out a asection before submitting. Also the double verification that forms have been completed can be annoying to clients.

“ Great Document Signature Solution ”

10/10 (overall) - Danny Nordstrom
Pros
  • I liked how easy the software is to use to prepare, sign, and send documents for signatures. Custom files and templates are easily used with RightSignature.
  • Overall, RightSignature serves it’s purpose. Is it a perfect product.
Cons
  • I find it a bit costly for it’s fairly limited usage.
  • Several functions are clunky. It’s confusing to new staff using it when you send a doucment to sign, that you get an email with a snapshot that contains none of the content.
