“ Sign your documents without ever having to lift a pen ”

8.5/10 (overall) - Kimbette Fenol
Pros
  • I love how my clients can sign the documents straight from their phones. HelloSign makes it sooooo easy for my clients to review and sign documents.
  • Overall I have had a great experience with it. I don’t need to sign a ton of documents so I have been using the free option and it’s been perfect.
Cons
  • There is nothing that I don’t like about this software. M struggling to think of something that frustrates me — ah.
  • The only and biggest con to HelloSign is the inability to sign in blue ink. This is frustrating as a lot of our documents require signatures in blue, rather than black ink.

“ Good esignature tool ”

9/10 (overall) - Anonymous Reviewer
Pros
  • I love how you can easily upload a PDF and add signature and date fields directly to it. It’s also amazing how you get updated when the client opens the PDF.
  • I am sure this is a great program, I may not have given it enough chance, but I did like that I could get clients to sign things when they were not near or able to come to the office.
Cons
  • What I dislike about HelloSign. This is a bit technical but if you are operating in a country that is not so adaptive to technology, these contracts may not hold up in court.
  • Hard to send to mass receipients at once had to send same document individually. Didn’t like the cancellation process they charged after done using.

“ HelloSign - Cheap & Easy eSignature Tool ”

9.5/10 (overall) - Anonymous Reviewer
Pros
  • HelloSign is very easy to use. Not as many features as some other digital signing platforms, but that is part of what makes it so easy to set-up and use.
  • Hellosign is extremely user friendly, we have team members who aren’t great with technology and even they didn’t have any issues working with Hellosign.
Cons
  • So far we haven’t found many cons with HelloSign, but have noticed that it has some limited features.
  • It doesn’t have options for blue ink as a signature. In the middle east where we operate, some organisations require signature in blue ink. I did suggest this feature but I guess it is still being considered. Some features such as having the option to remove the document ID and separating the audit trail is only available if you go for the business plan. Which wasn’t the issue for us since we required more users but if u need less than 5 users then that may be a thing for you to consider.
