“ A competent solution that grows with you ”

8/10 (overall) - Kassandra
  • M-Files is easy in all aspects: deployment, installation, and usage.
  • It has helped us organize our information so that instead of looking for folders where to save files and documents, we can just find them wherever they are.
  • It’s sad that there is no perpetual license for the latest version of M-Files.
  • Its entire pricing model has changed. While this is understandable, it is bothersome that it changes often.

“ M-Files has streamlined our content management ”

8/10 (overall) - Bonita
  • M-Files has been a boon to our business from the very first time we set it up and used it.
  • It offers top-notch security and it even provides adequate cloud storage space for our files.
  •  M-Files is a well-rounded tool. With regards to its features, there is nothing to dislike.
  • Unfortunately, it is rather steep for small businesses.

“ How we implemented M-Files in our local government unit ”

9/10 (overall) - Alexandria
  •  The top features of M-Files are its user-friendliness and exceptional search functionality. Because of it, we no longer have to think about where our files now.
  • Rather, we now think about exactly what kind of document we are facing in the search results.
  •  A product can always be better but in the case of M-Files, there is not much to work on.
  • They are already working hard on their R&D and their AI integration, which could be a boon for them.

Q & A

Q. Does M-Files offer users mobile access?

Yes, it does. For all users of the M-Files platform, they can use the M-Files mobile application found on both Android and iOS devices. This mobile access gives you the freedom and the convenience of getting updates on-the-fly, and it also provides a way for you to generate and edit certain documents wherever you are, 24/7.

Q. How much does M-Files cost?

Unlike most document management platforms that offer subscription based plans, M-Files offers its customers with quote based plans. This enables you to have more flexibility on the amount that you will pay per month. Plus, it gives you the freedom to only select the features that you would actually need from M-Files.

Q. Does M-Files have any third-party app integrations?

Yes, it does. As one of the more robust and, yet, flexible software, M-Files offers users various integrations to help them grow their business. With the app, users can seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce, AutoCAD, DocuSign, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics, Google G Suite, Microsoft Teams, and so much more.

Q. Does M-Files offer a free trial to its users?

Yes, it does. Before connecting to a sales representative, M-Files recommends that all users use the 30-day free trial period that it offers. This provides users with knowledge on how to use the system. Plus, it gives them time to decide if M-Files is the right fit for their company.
