Pros:

Cons:

  • The latest version cloud version also seems a little unstable
“ The Cadillac of CMS ”
4.5/5 (overall) - Andrew B
Pros:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is the cream of the crop when it comes to CMS.
  • The functionality that it offers from its backend configuration to its capabilities for ‘everyday’ users is unmatched from the other products I have worked with.
Cons:
  • As with most products that pack a ton of functionality and features, AEM is not always the easiest CMS to work with.
  • That being said, it is also definitely not the most difficult.

Coming from one of the most established platforms, Adobe Experience Manager is no different from the other software developed by Adobe in terms of robustness. However, this does not mean that it is free from limitations. Yes, Adobe Experience Manager also has its downsides, including a steep learning curve when using it for the first time, and a poor customer support team. Aside from that, the setup process is also not quite intuitive.
