Pros
  • New Relic Api stats and apdex score which helped me to improve system performance.
  • Apdex score is very helpful and it also shows the seperate stats of all the stacks being used in the application.
Cons
  • There is no AI enabled auto suggestions to fix the issue like dynatrace
  • On the dashboard, it take a while to refresh stats with current data. I need to manually reload to page to see latest data quickly.

  • Good portal for application metrics review.
  • Very reliable and we have seen very few / if no real outage. Integrates well with alerting tools.
Cons
  • The best way to navigate the stats / details can be difficult to get your head around at first, so worth setting aside sufficient time to learn how to use and make the most of.
  • It is not a cheap product, so beware of you ROI and plans for usage to ensure you get maximum value.
