Reviews

“ Ease of Use ”

7/10 (overall) - Umer F
Pros
  • I also used confluence for documentation, it is also good to integrate with bitbucket.
  • It’s GUI based desktop app solves the problem for those who don’t know how to use git console based commands.
Cons
  • To be honest the services provided by the bitbucket are very good and easy to use, so you can’t hate them.
  • I personally like all the features.

“ Professional code keeping ”

8/10 (overall) - Shobhit A
Pros
  • With an amazing easy user interface this is enough to fulfill all your version control demands. It is quite intuitive and controls many quick options to navigate through the code.
  • Pull requests, setting approval count creating a feature branch all are possible through this coll program. You can easily navigate between different branches.
Cons
  • It is quite easy to use but still doesn’t really have tips to navigate user around. Many times while merging empty space or new line interfere with the checking of code.
  • Also many times while filtering you have difficulty identifying the branches to which all the commit belongs.

“ Bitbucket - nice platform of Git repository ”

8/10 (overall) - Aleksei J
Pros
  • It allows sharing code with other members.
  • It provides different tools and comment tracking on pull requests.
Cons
  • Sometimes in the case of a big quantity of strings modifications, ‘Pull request’ shows a message that changes are too large to show in detail.
  • UI is a bit different than other Git services have, but it is just a matter of habit.
