HubSpot Service is an online customer service software developed for businesses of all sizes. A few of its key features include managing contacts, service requests, schedules, appointments, and more. These are only a few reasons why you should use it for your daily operations. Another reason is that it serves more than 78,000 customers. The sheer number of customers alone can provide a reason for you to use the app. Aside from that, HubSpot Service also offers an affordable price plan, which starts at $35 per month or $420 per year. Thanks to company CEO, Brian Halligan, and its 3,500 employees, HubSpot Service can provide quality tools and features for you.

On top of that, with a revenue of $513 million per year, HubSpot Service offers its capabilities in a number of key industries. However, bear in mind that it is not the only customer service platform available. That said, HubSpot Service competes with top companies, such as LiveAgent Customer Service, Freshdesk, Zendesk, AzureDesk, TeamSupport, Zoho Desk, Groove, Helpscout, HappyFox, and Birdeye. “ Is great to have it all together in one place ”

9.5/10 (overall) - Jon Urdirotz Gorospe
  • This is an amazing tool to have, especially since we are a tech company trying to give our customers the opportunity to learn about our platform and troubleshoot through issues themselves.
  • I have been using it for less than 3 months and feel super comfortable using this CRM. Everything is nicely organized and it is a very nice 2019 CRM.
  • The Service Hub is a newer product they offer and the functionality of the product is limited. However, I have no double it will evolve over time.
  • Sometimes connection errors, Although the issue is usually very quickly fixed it can be sometimes frustrating.

“ Works great! ”

9/10 (overall) - Kaisha Genthe
  • I am really impressed with how easy it is to use. I love the feature of being able to upload images, videos and links on the pages that I am creating.
  • Hubspot has some great features and I come from using Salesforce, the only down size is the quotes are not great on the way we do business and as far as I’m aware cannot be changed.
  • If you have more than 5 pipelines we should have a large screen, or else you will get bored of doing scroll aside.
  • The only downside to the service hub would be the intermittent outages. We rely so heavily on HubSpot Service Hub that when something does occur, it affects us greatly.

“ Great choice for scaling up your Support Teams ”

8/10 (overall) - Brigitte Suijk
  • We were already using the CRM features of Hubspot and liked the idea of combining with our service desk. We automatically create tickets from chats, which makes dropping the ball on tickets harder to do. The knowledge base is flexible, and the layout templates allowed us to get on-brand.
  • Easy to retrieve all of the information on a customer. Can keep all the records/notes/emails all under one email address.
  • I’d love to see an OAuth option in the future to put our knowledge base behind a login.
  • The ticket system is not designed for high volume. You can’t see if another team member is in the ticket. If the customer replies back to an closed to ticket it doesn’t reopen so we miss emails unless we are double checking our notifications. Limited reporting.
