“ Great For Sales and Leads Tracking, Leaves Much to Be Desired with Support Case Management ”

8/10 (overall) - Joe T.
Pros
  • They are continuously making updates and improvements, and support is very responsive. There are a lot of different modules and TONS of flexibility in setting it up to fit your business.
  • SugarCRM is one of the best marketing platform which really help small business to grow faster and that’s why it is also known as the business market smarter software.
Cons
  • Too many functionalities that you don’t really use, I think because of a lack of education on the software. Also the exporting files need to be fixed on format and layout.
  • It might have been an issue with my company’s server but it ran incredibly slow when outside company’s internet, being very frustrating to use on the go.

“ Good CRM for Small Business or Non-Profit ”

8.5/10 (overall) - Verified Reviewer
Pros
  • What i like most, is the thing that from first “run” its super easy to set up and configure reports which will be using in our team. After that its also easy to read how our performance is moving.”
  • SugarCRM is easy and cheap to self host, very reliable and has nice addons, such as to an FTP client or Outlook, etc. It is easy to make your own add on as well.
Cons
  • Have since corrected those mistakes and moved to SalesForce.
  • On occasion, an error message comes up and it prevents you from saving information you’re putting in.”

“ Indeed a great CRM with effective results ”

9/10 (overall) - Verified Reviewer
Pros
  • I like the Online (sugar on demand) that allows Sugar Support to get into your software and look and something you may be struggling with, like reports…
  • Lots of fields to track contact information, general client information, leads, and meetings. Good analytics for sales or fundraising.
Cons
  • Design is little clunky. Think with some improvements, it might be easier to convert leads, update opportunities. Need less clicks!
  • Not all basic information fields carried over between pages. Often have to input the same information in multiple locations.
