In the year 1999, Marc Benioff, Parker Harris, Frank Dominguez, and Dave Moellenhoff developed the first version of Salesforce CRM on San Francisco Telegraph Hill, fueled by the aim to provide fast and simple CRM solutions in the market. With a current employee number of 49,000, Salesforce CRM has been trusted by more than 150,000 customers, which includes distinguished companies like Walmart Inc., UnitedHealth Group Incorporated, Berkshire Hathaway Inc. - Salesforce is an excellent software to use in tandem with other CRM’s like Outreach. Salesforce helps my team to see the interactions between the customer and our different outreach techniques.
- Salesforce is obviously a very powerful tool, if that wasn’t the case, it wouldn’t be as popular as it is. There is a ton of flexibility to make it your own and use it the way you want to.
- There are so many steps to having a complete file, so this isn’t a lazy program. If you’re going to use it, commit to using it, otherwise, crap in, crap out.
- Before the Lightning update it looked terrible. Having so many features inevitably lead to chaos and for a new user it is hard to get around.

- It brings me great joy to let you in on the Pros of Salesforce. D been looking for leads for Sales executive people, and I found 1 Albert, with excellent results.
- Like all CRMs what you put into it is what you will get out. If you live in it day in and day out its a great program and the reason for their popularity and success.
- Cost is terribly high for bad customer service. Moreover, it takes ages to learn all aspects of it and you know bad customer support is the cherry on the top.
- My introduction to this program was while working at a call center for fraud prevention. They incorporated its use with other proprietary software programs.

- It is very easy to navigate through and simplifies the process. Most who use excel or something else find themselves losing contact with many contacts. This makes that easier to track.
- This product was very easy to install and includes a cloud version. For most small, medium and some larger size businesses, this software will meet all of your Sales and Marketing needs. This software is a great overall value for the price point. Customer service is great!
- I cannot make my home screen the way I want. It is set up how my company (Colliers) wants it set up – not the way I would like it to be set up.
- There is a slight learning curve as this software has so must functionality and is very robust. Other than that the possibilities for your sales team with this software are limitless.
