Reviews
“ Very easy to use CRM tool for all Google G Suite users. ”
- The overall business experience was great. It served its purpose for what we needed, but we needed to find another solution as we were getting service heavy.
- My favorite feature is the ability to link with Gmail. It is also very easy to filter through contacts, opportunities, and leads to help gain sales.
- The G Suite integration is incredible, but the confusing and time consuming process in trying to customize to suit specific real industry needs felt cumbersome and frustrating.
- It was clunky and became confusing over time. Simple tasks, such as reporting were troublesome and costly – we ended up switching to an alternative in the end.
“ Copper is helping me keep track of my customers ”
- I mainly use and like the Project and the People feature. It allows me to easily convert the Sales Opportunities into Projects once the job is won.
- I love the fact it syncs your contacts from your Gmail to Copper and asks if you want to add them. It also compiles and zaps with other products you may use like an email campaign tool.
- I requested 3x to be removed from an email campaign being asked to write a review on LinkedIn. I said if I get the same email again I would leave a bad review, so here you go.
- They still lack a few odd little things though, no birthdays (although you can do that through Google Contacts + Calendar) and it default sort people by their first names.
“ Copper is helping me keep track of my customers ”
- La integracion con Gsuite nos ahorra tiempo teniendo todo en un sola pantalla nos permite actualizar el CRM mientras trabajamos en el correo electrónico
- The ability to manage leads, manage pipelines, and store data, along with the ability to automate lead management.
- Lo que mas me gusta es lo simple de la herramienta pero es super robusta
- the lack of ability to integrate with other softwares, the lack of commission management features, and the lack of ability to specifically disburse leads automatically based on tracked conversion rates
